Return & Exchange Policy
At Cartify, we strive to provide the best products at the best prices. To maintain our commitment to quality and affordability, we have established the following policy regarding returns and exchanges.
1. General Policy
- All Sales Are Final: We do not offer cash refunds.
- Exchange Only: We offer exchanges for eligible items within 7 days of delivery.
2. Eligibility for Exchange
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must meet the following criteria:
- The product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- The product must not be damaged by the customer.
- The item must be in its original packaging.
3. Non-Exchangeable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be exchanged:
- Accessories (e.g., Jewellery)
- Cleaning items
- Sensitive products
- Sale Items: Items purchased during a sale or promotion are final and not eligible for exchange.
4. Shipping & Fees
- Return Shipping: In the event of a return for exchange, the original shipping fee will be deducted from the store credit or exchange value.
- Processing Time: Once your request is received, please allow 7 to 10 working days for the exchange process to be completed.
